Responsibilities

Deliver high quality, evidence‑based Nutrition and Dietetics Services to adult and paediatric inpatients, outpatients and staff of the NBMLHD, and contribute to a flexible, responsive and high‑quality service within the Allied Health Directorate.

Qualified To Apply

- Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of Dietitians Australia
- Up‑to‑date knowledge and skills in nutrition and dietetic practice, including the inpatient acute care setting, and paediatrics
- Current experience as a clinical dietitian, with postgraduate experience in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience and confidence within multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently, while managing a high‑paced and high‑volume workload




- High level computer skills in a wide variety of applications/programs, including experience with Diet Office/Food service IT systems
- Experience in nutrition related quality improvement projects focusing on improvements in clinical patient care and/or services
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
