We’re looking for a warm, confident, and inspiring Assistant Centre Manager to partner with our Centre Manager and help lead our thriving centre with care, energy, and purpose.

About You

- Lead with passion to deliver high‑quality care through strong leadership and teamwork on a day‑to‑day basis
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children’s independence and growth
- Showcase robust organisation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Inspire and mentor your team to cultivate excellence in early education
- Maintain high standards across compliance, quality, and care
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the local community

What You’ll Bring

- A Diploma or ECT qualification (or strong experience with leadership aspirations), or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent




- Previous experience in early childhood education, as a 2IC or leadership exposure
- Maintain a current Working with Children Check
- Possess Australian Working Right
- Present yourself in a warm, confident and professional manner
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- A calm, positive, and solutions‑focused approach
- A genuine passion for children, teams, and creating a beautiful centre culture
- Contribute to a team‑first attitude and a positive environment
- Full availability to work Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
