In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing, and dignity in a safe and welcoming environment.Working within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare, and, under the direction of the **Clinical Care Manager**, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored and individualised care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.**About You*** Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action* Current registration as an **Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA*** Medicines administration education (essential)* Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (desirable)* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team* Compassionate,
