The opportunity
HWLE is looking for a full time Senior Paralegal to join our Melbourne Banking & Finance team, working alongside Partner Elpis Korosidis. Elpis acts predominantly for non-bank lenders in the real estate finance space, including acquisition finance, project & construction finance. Elpis prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and supporting and encouraging her team to reach their full potential. As a result, she is recruiting paralegals to join her high performing team.
Your responsibilities
- Drafting meticulous legal documents
- Settling loans through the electronic conveyancing platform
- Developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- Proficiency in PEXA
- Experience with real estate finance and loan settlements
- A solid commitment to client service
- The ability to manage volume and competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
