About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager , you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day‑to‑day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.

What You’ll Need

- Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
- Confident communication and people leadership skills
- A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
- Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
- A calm, can‑do attitude in a high‑paced environment
- Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
