Expression of Interest | Fully Remote (Australia) (you must be located in Australia!)
We’re partnering with a quick-growing Australian lifestyle brand entering its next stage of their expansion.
They’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to take ownership of their social presence and help shape the next evolution of their online voice.
This is a fully remote role and an opportunity to have genuine creative influence from day one.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading organic social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn
- Planning and executing campaign moments, launches and seasonal pushes
- Concepting, filming and editing short‑form content that feels native to each platform
- Writing captions and defining hooks that stop the scroll
- Using insights and performance data to refine and optimise content
- Working closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to align messaging
- Managing and evolving the content calendar
- Building community engagement, not just publishing posts
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in social media or content within lifestyle, retail or beauty
- Confident creating short‑form video and comfortable on camera
- Portfolio or social links that demonstrate your work
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture
- Creative, but commercially aware
- Comfortable reading insights and using data to inform decisions
- Proactive, organised and confident working remotely
- Skilled in filming, lighting and editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva or similar)
- Experience working with creators or UGC is a plus
