Responsibilities

- Support global benchmark studies and surveys through managing data requests, support of study administration and the study platform (Medallia)
- Support the collection, administration, and interpretation of study data
- Support project management of complex PM initiatives including coordinating with other internal teams, developing messaging and training, and analyzing data




- Collaborate with GCG team to design and build practice management tools and resources for advisors and aligned firms

Qualifications

- 1-4 years’ professional experience
- Team-oriented: ability to establish effective relationships, gain commitment and credibility and work effectively across internal constituencies
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work in a team environment
- Robust time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Analytical and quantitative skills combined with creative problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a big picture focus
- Strong interpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills
- Proactive in nature and can work equally well in a team environment and independently
- Focused on customer needs with the ability to build trust and confidence
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
