What will you be doing?

You will have the opportunity to learn the business by undertaking varied tasks and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will be assisting clients with their trading needs across award-winning platforms. Duties may include:

- Onboarding new clients, requesting and checking documents
- Assist with client registrations, deposits, trading and withdrawals
- Responsible for ensuring that new clients can trade independently on various platforms
- Following up on client queries and issues
- Maintain and grow client relationships
