Employment Term: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm availability essential

Remuneration: $33.22 per hour + 12% super + Not for Profit salary packaging + penalties & allowances

About The Role

As a Rostering Officer our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following:

- Managing base rosters within our payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters
- Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
- Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
- Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
- Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues

Role Requirements

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Kronos payroll system will be of particular advantage
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
- Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience within payroll administration
