The Opportunity

As a Veterinary Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering gold‑standard patient care while working alongside highly skilled specialists and emergency clinicians. No two days are the same. You'll be involved in a variety of nursing duties, supporting patients through diagnostics, treatment, surgery, recovery, and ongoing care. Working day shifts only, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to hospitalised patients
- Assist veterinarians and specialists with consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and treatments
- Monitor and care for patients before, during, and after procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes




- Support infection control and hospital hygiene standards
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on excellence in patient care

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about veterinary nursing, enjoys working as part of a fun, high‑performing team, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

You Will Bring

- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Previous veterinary nursing experience
- Strong clinical nursing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Compassion for patients, clients, and colleagues
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic

Bonus Points For

- Experience in referral, emergency, surgical, or specialist practice
- Experience with advanced monitoring, anaesthesia, or hospital nursing
