- Qualify and progress schools interested in working with Tutero
- Set up high-quality meetings, demos, and pilots for founders to lead
- Prepare schools with the right context, materials, and expectations
- Support pilots and early partnerships through clear communication and follow-up
- Translate real school needs into robust marketing and case studies
- Support PD sessions, webinars, and school-facing events
- Feed frontline insights back into product, pedagogy, and messaging
- Hybrid work (Melbourne) – Balance of in-office collaboration
- ⏰ Flexible hours – Focused on outcomes, not hours
- ? Rapid growth – Be part of a fast-scaling team (45 → 60 this year)
- Stay close to schools – Real conversations with educators
- 4+ weeks leave – Proper time to recharge
- ⭐️ Equity upside – Share in Tutero’s long-term success
