With an innovative product that services large organisations in the financial services industry, this cutting edge scale‑up is looking for a Delivery Lead that has impeccable project and program management expertise.

You’ll be working closely with a range of stakeholders internally, managing the execution of multiple critical projects as they build and implement their SaaS product. Someone who has experience leading the seamless delivery of products to Tier 1 financial services institutions will be able to really add value here.

What you’ll be doing

- Work with Product Consultants to coordinate project teams and lead client deliveries.
- Develop client‑facing delivery plans and budgets, but also internal sprint plans.
- Lead regular team meetings across the global teams.




- Oversee release management activities as changes are promoted and tested.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal delivery processes.
- Define project metrics and communicate to all stakeholders.
- Deliver agreed project updates to external and internal stakeholders.

What you bring

- Experience delivering products/projects for clients in the Wealth Management or Superannuation industries (or similar).
- Deep expertise in a Project Management capacity (or similar) in software development environments.
- The ability to communicate with C‑suite stakeholders.
- Experience working with quick‑paced, agile delivery teams.
- The ability to jump quickly between varying priorities and execute to tight deadlines.
