As Managing Director, you'll lead the next phase of expansion — setting strategy, driving commercial growth, and uniting a world-class leadership team behind one vision: to become the most trusted and high-performing hospitality brand in key markets.

You'll balance bold ambition with operational discipline, converting chance into performance through inspirational leadership, strategic relationships, and relentless execution in a 24/7 international environment.

What You'll Do

- Own and execute the group’s commercial growth strategy across international markets and property portfolios
- Lead and coach senior leaders including General Managers, Regional Directors, and Heads of Operations
- Personally engage in high‑stakes business development — opening doors with investors, corporate clients, and tourism boards, negotiating major partnerships and securing flagship properties
- Drive expansion across segments such as Business Travel, Luxury Leisure and Extended Stay
- Strengthen alliances with OTAs, strategic distribution partners, and global corporate accounts




- Represent the hospitality group as a thought leader in industry forums and international networks
- Align executive leaders around clear commercial outcomes and empower teams to deliver at pace in a demanding, guest‑centric environment
- Partner with Marketing to elevate brand presence and market positioning

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience leading a high‑growth hospitality or travel services business in a fast‑paced, international environment
- Strong network across international markets, hotel operations, and travel/tourism sectors
- History of shaping and closing large‑scale hospitality expansions, acquisitions, or transformation programmes
- Commercial fluency with strong negotiation and deal‑structuring capability
- Credibility and existing relationships across distribution platforms, corporate travel, and hospitality ecosystems
- Inspirational leadership style that builds accountability, collaboration, and pace across senior teams in demanding operational settings
