About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and drive the financial strategy, performance and governance of ISGroup. Partnering closely with the Board and CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth, acquisitions and long-term value creation.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and execute the Group’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting to support growth and acquisition objectives
- Oversee all financial operations including consolidated reporting, statutory compliance, tax, audit and multi-entity governance
- Support M&A; activity including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and post-acquisition integration
- Partner with the Board and executive team to deliver strategic insights, performance reporting and value creation initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing finance function, strengthening controls, systems, working capital and operational efficiency

Key requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- CA ANZ, CPA or equivalent professional certification
- Extensive senior finance leadership experience across multi-entity businesses
- Proven M&A; experience including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Advanced financial modelling, governance and regulatory expertise
