Base pay range

A$180,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr

$180-220k Base (depending on experience levels) + Super + $120-150k comms

A leading Microsoft tech consultancy is expanding its Cloud & AI practice and looking for a high‑impact Business Development Manager to drive growth across Microsoft Cloud, AI, data, and modern information management solutions.

This is a standout opportunity to sell in‑demand technology that’s reshaping how organisations leverage data, ensure compliance, and adopt AI responsibly.

What You’ll Do

- Identify, own and grow a portfolio of enterprise & government accounts
- Sell Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions (Copilot, Azure, Power Platform, Fabric, Data & Integration Services)
- Lead sales for a modern information management & governance platform
- Build pipeline through targeted outreach, ABM strategy & partner engagement
- Manage commercial discussions, proposals, and full sales cycles
- Represent the business at industry events, briefings & partner activities

What You Bring





- 5+ years in enterprise tech sales – Cloud, Data, AI or Information Management
- Proven experience selling into ASX200, government or highly regulated sectors
- Ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes (risk, compliance, efficiency)
- Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience (consultancy / D365 Partner)
- Confident communicator, strategic thinker, pipeline builder & deal‑closer
- Based in Brisbane
