About the Role

We are seeking at least two experienced Business Analyst to support a confidential, enterprise‑scale transformation initiative focused on customer communications.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to elicit, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives, customer outcomes, and regulatory standards.

A key focus of the role is working with the SmartCOMM platform, supporting the design and delivery of compliant, efficient, and customer‑centric communications.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:





- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with SmartCOMM (or similar customer communication management platforms)
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills (workshops, user stories, functional specifications, process mapping)
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Background in insurance or financial services (highly desirable)
- Qualified, discreet approach suited to a confidential engagement
