About the Role

Let’s be upfront, this isn’t your standard architecture gig. It’s a chance to shape both the tech strategy and digital experience , covering everything from Salesforce and martech to portals, CMS, and custom applications — front end, back end, and integrations that tie it all together.

Ideal for a Principal on the rise or an Architect early in their journey who has delivered real solutions and wants to own a domain while staying close to the tech and making a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Own architecture for the digital domain, including customer portals, mobile apps, Salesforce, martech, and the front-end, back-end, and integration layers .
- Set the direction — develop standards, practices, and lightweight governance where it’s currently lacking.
- Act as a servant leader to squads , influencing without blocking, and empowering teams to own their architecture.
- Support broader CI/CD uplift and engineering modernization .
- Build real partnerships with stakeholders — both technical and business.
- Work closely with engineering squads to guide architectural decisions and help shape what good looks like across digital platforms .
- Help grow the architecture capability as the team scales from 3 to 5 in the next year.

About You

You’re not just an Architect — you’re a connector, enabler, and change agent .



Comfortable drawing solution diagrams as well as influencing senior stakeholders or coaching engineers.

- You come from Engineering and understand what makes real-world architecture work.
- Strong experience in digital architecture : customer-facing portals, mobile apps, websites, CMS, and the technical architecture that powers them (back-end, front-end, APIs, services, integrations).
- Working knowledge of CRM architecture , preferably Salesforce, but flexible.
- Confident across all architectural layers: integrations, security, cloud platforms (AWS), and modern API design.
- Appreciation for CI/CD, DevOps, pipelines, and platform maturity .
- Solid business and stakeholder acumen — able to bring people along without over-engineering.
- Enjoys working in a small, growing architecture team , helping to shape its DNA.
