About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced cake decorator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Icing and decorating cakes, cupcakes, slices, and brownies for our stores and wholesale customers
- Creating custom and multi-layered celebration cakes
- Preparing icings, buttercreams, ganache, and fillings
- Maintaining food safety (WHS & HACCP) standards
Shifts start from 2pm, with weekend work required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work quickly and accurately at scale
- Calm under pressure during busy periods
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Reliable, motivated, and hardworking

Requirements
- Must have solid decorating experience with pallet knife skills and piping skills.
- Valid Australian work rights
- Pastry chef qualifications are a bonus, but not essential with strong experience
