We are seeking experienced S26 Supervisors to join our mining operations across Western Australia. These roles are responsible for providing strong in office leadership, ensuring safe work practices, and maintaining compliance with WA mining regulations. Opportunities are available for short-term and fixed-term contracts, offering flexibility across a range of projects and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision of site personnel and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Section 26 statutory requirements under WA mining legislation.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to site safety management systems.
- Coordinate daily work activities to meet production and operational targets.
- Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and incident reporting/investigations.
- Mentor and support team members to maintain high performance and safe work practices.
Requirements
- Current WA S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
- Proven supervisory experience within mining operations (open pit or underground).
- Strong knowledge of WA mining legislation and safety systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills..
