The Position

Join a growing clinician-led cardiac diagnostics provider where your expertise will help shape the future. The clinic is an expanding, privately owned cardiac diagnostics service founded by experienced cardiac clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, accessible cardiac care across NSW.
Due to continued growth and increasing referral demand, we are seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join the team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week), servicing established clinics throughout the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and South Coast. This is an opportunity to become part of a business in an exciting stage of growth where your contribution will genuinely influence the direction of the service.

- Chance to increase hours as services continue to expand Role You'll provide high-quality cardiac ultrasound services across a network of established Medical Practice clinics while becoming a valued clinical representative of a well networked diagnostic service provider.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform high-quality trans thoracic echocardiography
- Conduct ECGs with every study
- Assist with Holter monitor setup and basic troubleshooting where required
- Build strong relationships with patient, nurses and practice teams
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Contribute ideas to improve work flows and support ongoing growth of the business
- Travel between established clinic locations throughout the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and South Coast region

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
You'll ideally have:

- ASAR accreditation
- Competency performing adult echocardiography independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative approach to working with medical practices
- A positive, patient-focused attitude
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between clinics

Experienced sonographers are encouraged to apply, however confident early-career sonographers looking for a supportive environment to continue developing their skills are also welcomed.
