Specialised Cleaning Eco Vehicles (SCEV) is a Melbourne-based business established in 2011, specialising in servicing, repairing and supplying specialised industrial cleaning machinery and equipment.

Our team combines expertise in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems and engineering, allowing us to deliver reliable service solutions to customers across a range of industries.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Field Service Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a field service role where you will diagnose, repair and maintain specialised machinery across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Your day may include:

- Performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment

- Diagnosing faults and carrying out basic troubleshooting

- Conducting Test & Tag in accordance with safety standards

- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records

- Providing friendly and professional support to customers onsite

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a field service, maintenance, or mechanical role

- Knowledge of electrical safety testing (Test & Tag)

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively





- Good communication and customer service skills

- Current driver’s licence (essential)

Highly regarded but not essential

- Testing & tagging certification
