About the role

Hair Gallery Railton is seeking talented and passionate Therapist/s specialising in Beauty, Nails, and Lashes to join our team. This is a casual position based in Railton, Tasmania, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle. What you'll be doing

- Delivering high-quality beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and other beauty therapies to clients

- Providing expert nail care services including manicures, pedicures and nail extensions

- Offering professional lash services including lash extensions, lash lifts and tints.

- Consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences and desired outcomes

- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas and on all equipment

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Keeping up to date with the latest trends, techniques and products in beauty, nails and lashes

- Contributing to a positive and collaborative salon atmosphere

What we're looking for

- Current qualifications or certification in beauty therapy, nail care or lash services (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience working as a beauty therapist, nail technician or lash technician

- Strong technical skills and attention to detail in delivering treatments

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients





- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty and wellness services

- Skilled presentation and a passion for the beauty industry

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment

- Flexibility and reliability for casual working arrangements

- Experience in multiple disciplines (beauty, nails and lashes) is highly desirable but not essential
