Casual Rates commencing from:
Welder Special Class (AS1554):
- Dayshift: $69.55 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading + penalties
- Nightshift: $83.46 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading and 25% night shift flat loading + penalties
Welder Special Class (ASME B-31-3):
- Dayshift: $69.94 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading + penalties
- Nightshift: $83.93 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading and 25% night shift flat loading + penalties
The Role
- Installation and welding of fixed plant equipment
- Structural modifications, reinforcement, and plate work across the machine
- Cutting, gouging, grinding, and weld preparation activities
- Working to weld procedures, drawings and quality standards
About You
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- BHP experience desirable
- 5 years experience in maintenance or construction
- Construction White Card
- Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
- Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
