WaterPonyz Swim School are looking for a Recent Centre Coordinator

The Centre Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the swim school, ensuring the centre runs efficiently and effectively. This role encompasses a range of management and administrative responsibilities and requires a highly organized, proactive, and efficient individual who can perform confidently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Customer Focus and Administration

· Manage all customer enquiries across phone, email, portal, and in-center leads in a timely manner.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling feedback and complaints with a customer-focused, professional approach.

· Oversee enrolments.

· Review daily and monthly reports, ensuring all system records are accurate and up to date.

· Manage stock ordering, supplier accounts, inventory and line performance reviews.

· Coordinate social media content including stories, reels and in-center promotions.

Operations & Compliance

· Oversee pool operations,



including water testing and plant room checks.

· Maintain external and internal cleanliness and organisation throughout the centre in line with daily, weekly, monthly task schedules.

· Keep SOP and Program Manuals up to date and accessible to all staff.

· Conduct regular checks to ensure all teaching equipment is in good condition, clean, undamaged, and that a complete set of teaching resources is readily available.

Flexibility Requirement

· This role requires a level of flexibility, with business needs occasionally requiring evening and weekend work.

Your role is fulltime 38 hours per week.
