About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager / Integrator to work directly alongside our Visionary Founder. If you live and breathe the EOS framework (or understand the critical role an Integrator plays in executing vision), this is your opportunity to lead.

You won't be pushing paper or babysitting—you will be given the trust, autonomy, and scope to drive strategy, refine systems, optimize project delivery across construction and joinery, and build an accountable, top-tier team culture.

Who We Are Looking For (A-Players Only)

This is not an entry-level position or a role for someone who wants to coast. We are specifically seeking an A-Player who brings:

- Integrator Mindset: You understand how to turn a bold vision into seamless operational reality, aligning teams, timelines, and metrics effortlessly.

- Industry Context: Deep or strong familiar experience across custom residential construction, joinery production, and pre-construction design workflows. Particularly with Design & Construct offerings utilizing Interior Designers, Building Designers, Consultants, Permit Application Process and Joinery Production.

- Strategic Ownership: You take pride in end-to-end accountability, proactively solving bottlenecks, and continuously improving processes.

- Systems & AI Literacy: You thrive on leverage—using modern tech (Monday, CRM's, BuildXact, automation, AI tools) to keep operations streamlined and low-admin.

Required Experience

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of operational/construction management experience within residential building, custom renovations, extensions, or high-end joinery.

- Licensing: Registered Building Practitioner (DB-U / DB-L), Architecture/ Drafty or relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management / Building Studies is highly advantageous.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Victorian building codes, residential contracts, detailed site check-measurement techniques, and custom joinery detailing.

- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management, CRM, AI platforms (e.g., GHL, Monday, Claude, BuildXact, Wunderbuild)

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage site and office teams, understand how to motivate people and manage urgency through KPI's and your personal leadership style.

- Financial: Experience in managing schedules, WIP, cashflow/ budget forecasts and developing improvement plans.
