Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support to clients in their homes.

- Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and attending appointments.





- Build positive and respectful relationships with clients and support their individual preferences and needs.

- Encourage clients to remain socially connected and participate in recreational and community activities.

- Monitor client wellbeing and promptly report any changes or concerns.

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

- Work collaboratively with Care Partners and the broader care team to provide high-quality, person-centred support.

- Deliver services in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification (Essential).

- Minimum 1 year's experience supporting older people or vulnerable members of the community.

- A warm, compassionate and respectful approach, with a genuine interest in supporting others.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

- Understanding of person-centred care and the individual needs of older people.

- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a multidisciplinary team.





- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

- Current NSW Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required).

- Additional language skills are highly valued, particularly Chinese, Greek or Arabic, enabling you to connect with and support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Current and unrestricted Australian working rights are required for this position. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available.

To be appointed to this role, the successful candidate will require a Current First Aid Certificate, National Police Check (completed by 3Bridges), and relevant qualifications in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or a related field.
