This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new business, a soon-to-be premium hospitality venue which is going to be known for delivering exceptional dining experiences and genuine customer service, all in a renovated iconic building with an updated vibrant atmosphere. Combining a stylish restaurant and a busy bar, this venue aims to be the new 'Go To' restaurant, with a strong focus on quality food, premium beverages and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this fast-paced venue while leading, mentoring and developing a passionate front of house team. Working closely with senior management and the kitchen team, you will ensure exceptional service standards, drive financial performance and create an engaging workplace culture where both guests and staff thrive. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the floor and who takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Previous management experience within a high-volume restaurant with a positive, hands-on leadership style, with the ability to perform under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, coach and develop successful hospitality teams
- Solid operational knowledge across restaurant, bar and customer service - Superior Wine knowledge will be very highly regarded
- Experience managing rosters, labour costs, budgets and overall venue profitability and sound understanding of stock control, ordering, inventory management and supplier relationships
- Excellent customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills
- A proven ability to maintain high presentation, service and operational standards




- Current RSA Certificate (RMLV and Approved Manager qualifications highly regarded)
