East Adelaide Dental Studio is looking for a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist to join our team, 2 days per week, on Thursday and Friday. This position will also extend to sessions at our branch practice in St Morris

We are a busy, modern cosmetic and general dental practice with a strong focus on high quality dentistry and patient care. Our practice has a strong focus on high quality dental care and we offer a wide range of treatment including restorative, cosmetic, general and implant dentistry in a calm and welcoming environment.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and enjoys building good relationships with patients and working as part of a close team.

The position can be either full time or part time depending on the applicant.

What you'll be doing

- Performing dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain and improve patients' oral health

- Assisting the dentist during examinations

- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental health

- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records





- Collaborating with the dental team to provide the best possible patient care

What we're looking for

- Qualification as a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist

- Current registration with AHPRA

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, however willing to consider all applicants

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
