Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service in our dining and beverage areas. Working in a full time capacity, 38 hours across Wednesday to Sunday.

Your responsibilities will include:

Guest Experience

- Oversee the dining experience, ensuring that guests receive attentive and personalised service.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns, striving to exceed their expectations.

Team Leadership

- Supervise and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our guests.




- Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Operations Management

- Maintain efficient daily operations in the dining areas, including inventory control and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
- Extensive experience in fine dining environments, consistently providing memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of food safety regulations, beverage service standards, and expertise in managing food allergies and intolerances.
- Current RSA and solid barista skills
- Must have flexibility around working days and evenings
