About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Intern to join our Performance Marketing team on a three month contract.

This is a junior level opportunity designed for someone who has a little experience in paid media, but is curious to know more, loves getting the details right and wants to know more about how digital advertising works at scale.

You’ll work alongside our experienced Paid Media team, helping build, organise and quality check Meta advertising campaigns that reach millions of customers around the world.

What matters most is that you’re organised, switched on, comfortable learning new systems and take pride in getting things right.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building Meta advertising campaigns using established campaign structures and naming conventions

• Creating ad sets and ads from campaign briefs

• Uploading creative assets and checking they are formatted correctly

• Setting up targeting, budgets, placements and optimisation settings with guidance from the team

• Completing detailed quality checks before campaigns go live

• Helping troubleshoot campaign setup issues and spotting anything that doesn’t look right

• Duplicating, updating and pausing campaigns as required

• Keeping campaign documentation and trackers organised and up to date





• Supporting creative organisation within Meta Ads Manager

• Helping the Paid Media team with campaign operations during key promotional and trading periods

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who:

• Has great attention to detail and spots the little things others might miss

• Has experience with paid in Meta platforms

• Is organised and can manage their time and priorities well

• Is comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools

• Communicates clearly and confidently

• Is curious about digital marketing, ecommerce and advertising

• Learns new platforms and processes quickly

• Can work through structured and repetitive tasks without losing accuracy

• Takes pride in producing high quality work

Any exposure to Meta Ads Manager, ecommerce, social media campaigns, Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com or Asana is a plus.
