The Role
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team, specializing in drainage and trenching work. In this role, you will be responsible for operating excavators and other machinery to complete trenching and drainage installations efficiently and safely. You will work closely with site supervisors and ground crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery for drainage and trenching work
- Excavate trenches to specified depths while ensuring safety and precision
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery
- Assist with general laboring tasks when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role with up-to-date employment history and references.
- Commitment to safety.
- Valid current Australian driver’s license.
- MR or HR license is a bonus.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
