About the role
Our remarkable Member Experience team currently has opportunities for Member Experience Advisors to join us in permanent or fixed term roles based in our Geelong head office. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service across phone, email and webchat, helping members understand their health insurance and feel confident in their cover.
You'll:
- Manage inbound enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Provide clear, tailored advice on products and benefits
- Take ownership of queries and resolve them efficiently
- Work towards team KPIs in a supportive, fast-paced setting
- Represent the GMHBA brand with warmth and confidence

About you

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar tools) will be important for your success. You'll receive full training in our customer relationship management software, so don't let a lack of experience in that space deter you from applying.

What you need to know
- These roles commence on 12th October 2026 with four weeks full time paid training, to get you ready to connect with our members.
- Candidates must be available to attend one morning or afternoon assessment centre on Monday 7th September .
- You will work on a roster across our operational hours of 8:00 to 6:00 Monday to Friday
- We can only accept applications if you have the right to work in Australia
- The commencing base salary for this position is $72,334 per annum ($36.61 per hour) + Superannuation.
