The Opportunity: Reporting to the ICT Technology Services Manager, purpose of the role is to own and assure the performance, security, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of ICT infrastructure hosting and platform services, aligning vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure platforms that underpin enterprise and operational technology services, with accountability for end-to-end platform service outcomes.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

In addition, as an ICT Infrastructure & Platforms Service Owner you will:

- Own and manage infrastructure and hosting services, including vendor/contractor management, service performance, incident and escalation management, governance and change control.

- Act as contract holder for infrastructure and platform vendors, integrating multi vendor delivery to achieve end-to-end service outcomes across corporate and field environments.

- Own infrastructure and platform services across on-premise and cloud (AWS, Azure), including compute, storage, virtualisation, backup and disaster recovery, ensuring availability, resilience, scalability and alignment to business continuity requirements.

- Drive service transition and continual improvement, ensuring effective handover from projects into operations,



coordination across site and Brisbane and execution of CSI initiatives to improve reliability, cost efficiency and service quality.

- Ensure security, capacity, performance, and lifecycle management of infrastructure platforms, including system hardening, patching, vulnerability management and optimisation to support enterprise and operational workloads.

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.

About You:

- Qualifications: University degree or other professional qualification or University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Experience in ICT operations, with a focus on infrastructure and platform service environments.

- ITIL Foundation (v4) certification.

- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure and hosting services, including compute, storage, virtualisation, cloud platforms and data protection

- Experience working client-side in a multi-vendor ICT environment, including supplier engagement, SLA management and service performance oversight.

- Proven experience operating within hybrid environments, including on-premise and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).

- Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery and data protection concepts and their application in enterprise environments.

- Desirable:

o Experience managing multi-cloud environments (e.g.



AWS, Azure), including FinOps, cost optimisation, and platform governance.

o Experience delivering infrastructure services in 24/7 operational environments (e.g. oil & gas, energy).
