We’re looking for an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Catering Manager to join our friendly team based the QE2 Medical Centre. This role supports the delivery of fresh, well-presented food for meetings and on-site events, as well as some off-site catering — alongside the day-to-day running of busy cafés.

About the Role

This is a practical, team-focused role where you’ll be involved in preparing and coordinating catering for meetings, training sessions, and functions. You’ll work closely with the café team to ensure orders go out on time, look great, and meet high food safety standards.

This role is about quality, organisation, and creating a great experience hassle free experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Preparing and coordinating catering orders for meetings and events

- Organising daily catering orders and ensuring timely delivery

- Supporting and guiding café team members

- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

- Helping with stock control and ordering

- Ensuring food presentation is fresh, appealing, and consistent

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a café, catering, or hospitality environment

- Someone who enjoys being hands-on with food preparation

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

- Good understanding of food safety practices

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
