About the Chance

Reporting to a Client Director, you'll take ownership of your own client portfolio while leading client relationships,



reviewing technical work and mentoring your team.

You'll play an important role in both client success and the continued growth of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of business advisory and compliance clients

- Building trusted relationships with business owners

- Reviewing taxation and compliance work

- Leading and mentoring onshore and offshore team members

- Managing workflow, budgets and client profitability

- Identifying advisory opportunities across your client base

- Converting qualified inbound enquiries into long-term clients

- Supporting team capability and ongoing development

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

- CA or CPA qualification (CA preferred)

- Minimum 7 years' experience within Australian Public Practice

- Previous leadership or management experience

- Strong taxation and business services knowledge

- Experience managing your own client portfolio

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

- Commercial mindset with business development capability

Highly regarded:

- Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)

- Building and construction industry experience

- Experience leading high-performing teams

Most importantly, you're commercially minded, enjoy developing long-term client relationships and are motivated by genuine career progression.
