We're looking for physically fit and reliable warehouse team members to join a busy distribution centre in Truganina.
This role involves picking stock using an RF scanner into FB2 bins before transferring and palletising stock onto store-allocated pallets and FB2 Bins. You'll be responsible for building safe, secure and accurate pallets ready for dispatch. This is a physically demanding role involving continuous walking and repetitive heavy lifting throughout your shift.
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm – $38.00 per hour
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm – $42.56 per hour
Monday to Friday – Ongoing Casual Employment
Your Responsibilities
- Pick stock accurately using an RF scanner
- Pick directly into FBT bins
- Transfer stock from FBT bins onto allocated store pallets
- Build stable, secure and accurately packed pallets for transport
- Ensure store pallets are built to a high standard
- Operate a manual pallet jack
- Perform repetitive heavy lifting of large and bulky products
- Walk continuously throughout the warehouse during your shift
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work setting
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Experience picking with RF scanners
- Excellent pallet building and pallet packing skills are essential
- Experience operating a manual pallet jack
- Strong manual handling and heavy lifting experience
- Physically fit with the ability to perform repetitive lifting and walking throughout your shift
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and committed
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
- Own reliable transport
