The successful applicant will join a skilled bakery producing a wide range of fresh breads and baked goods while maintaining exceptional quality and food safety standards.

About Our Client Our client is an established bakery committed to producing premium quality baked products while maintaining excellent customer service.

The successful applicant will be advised of the employer's identity during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake breads and bakery products.

Operate commercial bakery equipment.

Monitor dough quality and baking processes.

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist with stock control and minimise waste.

Maintain a clean and organised bakery.

Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements Applicants should possess: Minimum one (1) year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.

Relevant baking qualification is highly regarded.

Experience working within a commercial bakery.

Knowledge of bread production and baking techniques.





Ability to work early morning shifts.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualification: An Australian Certificate III in Patisserie/Baking Certifications: A current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one quickly) is highly regarded.

Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a commercial cafe or bakery setting.

Relevant industry experience may substitute for formal qualifications.

Skills: Sound knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient characteristics, and a passion for artisanal quality.
