We currently manage approximately75 properties across regional Victoria and seek to expand to 100 by the end of 2026.

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, motivated and organised Linen Co-ordinator & Guest Services - Housekeeping Attendant to join our expanding team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Moving between a laundromat in Armstrong Creek, our Torquay warehouse and properties across Geelong and the Surf Coast, this varied role includes a mix of tasks ensuring properties are guest-ready, well-maintained and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning & housekeeping duties, that is, turning over short-term rental properties (Airbnbs) - this is the main role we're hiring for
- Washing and drying linen at a local laundromat in Armstrong Creek
- Folding and transporting linen to our warehouse in Torquay




- Packing linen for scheduled cleans and dropping linen off as required
- Preparing properties for guest arrivals
- Conducting property audits (cleanliness, consumables, presentation)
- Overseeing stock and linen levels in our Torquay warehouse
- Any other duties as required

About You

- Housekeeping experience
- Must have current driver’s licence
- Comfortable lifting loads of laundry and completing manual labour tasks
- Organised, reliable and motivated
- Able to take initiative, problem solve and work independently
- Interested in property and creating exceptional experiences for guests
- Technologically savvy – comfortable navigating mobile Apps
