We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator / Supervisor with a strong background in FMCG, Food Manufacturing and 3PL Warehousing to join our growing team in Truganina, VIC.

This is a 50% Administration / 50% Hands-on Operations role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating warehouse operations, and ensuring daily customer requirements are delivered efficiently and on time.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring all daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Oversee daily customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet operational priorities and customer deadlines.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and support warehouse staff to achieve daily performance targets.
- Monitor receiving, dispatch, replenishment, inventory movements, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, operational reports, and inventory records.
- Complete and submit daily operational reports, including Extra Hours Forms, attendance records, and labour reporting as required.
- Work closely with customers, transport providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, quality standards, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.




- Support warehouse operations with hands-on duties whenever required.
- Take full ownership of daily warehouse performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations.

About You

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
- Experience within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or 3PL warehouse operations is essential.
- Strong understanding of customer order fulfilment and inventory management.
- Experience coordinating multiple customer accounts within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop warehouse teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing operational demands.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
