An exciting opportunity exists to join the Australia and New Zealand Acquisition Marketing team as an Assistant Manager, Application Optimisation .

This role is responsible for supporting acquisition growth through the delivery, optimisation and governance of card application experiences across Consumer, Small Business and Corporate portfolios. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, Operations and external vendors to deliver application enhancements, support strategic initiatives and drive improved customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery capability with analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills and a passion for solving complex business problems.

- Strong project management and delivery experience, ideally within digital, operations, acquisition, customer onboarding or financial services environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, governance and risk management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions, including international teams, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience managing third-party technology platform providers is advantageous.
