Role Overview
KOR is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background in Heavy Vehicle equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction. This position will cover South-East Melbourne and Victoria.
Your duties will include
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Travel and perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs and machinery overhauls on a variety of equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the service team to improve service processes and efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- A Certificate III in an appropriate Australian Trade (Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Electrical will be highly regarded)
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician
- Prior experience in High Pressure water and vacuum pumps (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
