We are a landscaping business in South Fremantle, WA - looking to recruit a new member to the team (3 lads) ideally with experience in hardscaping - paving, small retaining walls, brickwork.
We take serious pride in the work we do - speed comes second.

What a typical week looks like:
- Hardscaping: Paving, retaining walls, stone work (usually reconstituted limestone), and garden edging.
- Softscaping & Plantings: Soil prep, turf installation, reticulation/irrigation systems, and planting.
- Site Ops: Operating power tools, earthmoving equipment (dingo/skid steer if experienced), and loading/unloading gear.
Location / Setup: Our daily base camp is in South Fremantle where we load up the Utes each morning, with most job sites located within 15–20 minutes of Freo.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: At least 2–3+ years in residential landscaping or hardscaping (paving, wall building, retic). Any related trades is a bonus.
- Work Ethic & Autonomy: You take pride in neat finishes, can read a plan,
and don't need hand-holding on standard tasks.
- Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work.
- Driver’s Licence: Valid Australian Manual Driver’s Licence (required).
- Physical Fitness: Capable of heavy lifting and daily manual trade work - but if you're value is in experience and knowing what to do, this can also work.
We are based in South Freo and happy to give you a lift each morning if you're close - if not, we may be able to work something out. All tools provided for, we try and keep the jobs close to us in South Freo, nothing would be more than 40 minutes away. We are usually on site from 8-4. I am trying to build a team of valuable lads that are proud of the work they do. I would much rather treat them better and try to make the job as enjoyable and rewarding as possible than have to replace them every 3 months.
