Tradie Pulse is a fast-growing marketing and automation agency helping trade businesses across Australia get more work, streamline their operations, and grow their revenue.

We run high-performing Meta ad campaigns, build automated CRM pipelines, and create content strategies that convert leads into booked jobs. Our clients are builders, carpenters, electricians, concreters, and more.

The Role: Sales Setter/Closer

This is a full-time, in-house role based at our Brookvale office in Sydney.

Our packages range from $3,000 to $10,000+. If you want to learn more about sales, know how to handle objections and get deals across the line at this level, you'll do well here.

You Will Be Responsible For:

- Booking in appointments for our strategists

- Running 4-8+ booked strategy calls per day via Google Meet and in person

- Conducting consultative sales conversations to identify client goals and position our service as the solution

- Handling objections confidently and closing at a high-ticket level

- Collaborating with the team to improve scripts, conversion rates, and sales process

- Managing your pipeline and reporting on deal activity

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in high-ticket or consultative closing — this is not an entry-level role





- Strong objection handling skills — real experience, not just theory

- Comfortable on video calls (Google Meet) and face-to-face

- A hunger to perform and a mindset that's motivated by results

- Someone who's a good culture fit — we're a tight team and we move fast

- Experience in marketing, SaaS, or agency sales is highly regarded

Commission Structure:

- 5% commission on all deals booked by our appointment setter

- 13-15% commission on deals you set and close yourself

- Uncapped — your ceiling is set by your effort

Salary & Earnings

- Base: $48,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

- OTE: $70,000 – $120,000+

- Uncapped commissions with bonuses for exceeding targets
