Location: Crackerjack Beachfront - Keast Park Seaford VIC
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our friendly team.
This is a casual position offering 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during busier periods and peak seasons.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting all aspects of front of house operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Demonstrating basic latte art
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks
- Operating the POS/cash register
- Maintaining a clean and organised café environment
- Assisting the team wherever required to ensure smooth service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant
- Confidence making consistently great coffee
- Basic latte art skills
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Reliability and punctuality
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
