About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full time Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store, overseeing staff, food safety standards, and customer experience.

Store Location

Kiosk K101, Cnr Anzac Ave and North Lakes Drive, North Lakes, QLD 4509

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, roster, and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with company SOPs, recipes, and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
- Handle cash management, POS reconciliation, and daily reporting
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner

Shifts & Availability

- Full-Time role, 38 ordinary hours per week guaranteed
- Additional hours worked beyond the guaranteed 38 hours may occur based on business needs,



and will be paid in accordance with the applicable overtime provisions under the Award
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Shifts are scheduled between 6:30 AM and 9:00 PM
- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

- Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 [MA000003]
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
