About the Role
The 2 (two) positions of Business Co-ordinator provide high level business management, administrative and executive support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the organisation and its Groups. The roles support Executive Leaders’ achievement of organisational accountabilities through the prioritisation of workflow items, preparation and review of documents and communications, co-ordination of briefings and advice and provision of executive support.
These are ongoing (permanent) roles.
The role is based at our Sydney CBD head office and is expected to attend the office for a minimum of three days per week as part of hybrid work arrangements.

- Running and regulating elections
- Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Essential requirements
- Proven experience in dynamic and sensitive organisational environments, working with senior executives
- Proven ability to manage priorities and workflows as a shared resource in a matrix organisational environment, and develop effective working relationships at all levels
- Previous experience in developing, implementing, championing and adhering to business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
