We're partnering with a well-established and growing distribution business seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse . About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll provide administrative support across warehouse operations, ensuring inventory records, documentation and system transactions are accurate and up to date. You'll work closely with warehouse, customer service and operational teams to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process daily warehouse transactions using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Support stock reconciliations, stocktakes and inventory adjustments.




- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Assist with freight, transport and warehouse administration.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous Warehouse Administration or Logistics Administration experience.
- Strong ERP and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
