Monadelphous seek Piping Superintendents to join our Engineering Construction Division, working one of our major oil & gas projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role will include opportunity to work on day or night shift with a generous salary package and allowances.
We are offering this position for candidates across Australia, with point of hire flights paid from any capital city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate Piping teams delivering works on site.
- Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
- Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
- Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the oil & gas industry in Superintendent roles on LNG construction projects
- LNG Construction project experience in Australia, managing Piping scope.
- Trade qualification relevant to piping or higher qualification
- Proof of right to work in Australia. Solid understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
