At AMA Hospitality, we cater for all corporate functions, from team meetings to formal dining.

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to work on a Full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.

The Role
You will be required to provide professional human resources advice and support to managers and employees across the business, ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation while assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the delivery of people initiatives that support business objectives.

Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Provide advice to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and workplace policies.
- Interpret and apply employment legislation, Modern Awards, employment contracts, and company policies.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.




- Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support performance reviews, probation management, and employee development initiatives.

Work Experience and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant Degree.
- Strong knowledge of workplace relations, Fair Work, Up-to-date Awards, and HR policies
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and investigations
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
