What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-day)

You’ll help customers from start to finish — booking, pickups, returns, and support.

- Greet customers and provide a great experience
- Check customers in and out (licence, contracts, payments)
- Help customers choose the right cover and upgrades (no cold calling)
- Handle basic issues and resolve problems calmly
- Work with the team to keep cars ready and the branch running smoothly
- Coordinate vehicles, keys, and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need car rental experience — we can train you. We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident speaking with customers
- Organised and can handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with sales/upselling (we’ll coach you)
- A good team player
- Reliable and available for a rotating roster
- Holds a full driver licence (essential)

This role runs on a rotating roster across 7 days, including some weekends. We’ll discuss your availability during the interview.
